1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "btc4d," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operating at btc4d.cam and all associated services.
• "You," "your," or "user" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the btc4d platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created to access btc4d services, including all associated login credentials, balances, and transaction history.
• "Services" refers to all online betting, casino gaming, lottery, and related entertainment services provided by btc4d, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and bandar bola (football bookmaker services).
• "Stake" refers to the amount of money wagered on a bet or game.
• "Winnings" refers to any amount won through use of btc4d services, calculated after deduction of the original stake.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional funds, free bets, cashback, or other incentives credited to your account by btc4d, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm your identity, age, and residency.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To use btc4d services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. btc4d strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP).
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or agent of btc4d or any related entity.

2.2 Account Creation

When you register for a btc4d account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name as it appears on your KTP, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Keep your username and password confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify btc4d immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to hold only one account with btc4d. Creating multiple accounts (often called "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If we detect that you have opened more than one account, we reserve the right to close all accounts, void any bets placed, and forfeit any winnings or bonuses associated with those accounts. Any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to you after deduction of any costs incurred in investigating the duplicate accounts.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

btc4d is committed to preventing underage gambling, fraud, and money laundering. As part of our regulatory and security obligations, we require all users to complete identity verification. You may be asked to provide the following documents:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing all details and corners.
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face.
• Additional documentation may be requested for enhanced due diligence purposes, including source of funds verification for large deposits or withdrawals.

Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. You may deposit and play while verification is pending, but withdrawals cannot be processed until your account is fully verified. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

btc4d accepts deposits via the following methods for Indonesian players:

• Indonesian Banks: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, Bank Danamon, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 2 minutes. If your deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

You agree that all deposits are made voluntarily for the purpose of entertainment gaming. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of technical error or duplicate processing. You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• The withdrawal method must match your registered name and be in your own name (no third-party withdrawals).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, as required by anti-money-laundering regulations.

btc4d processes withdrawals within 10 minutes on average, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. However, enhanced security checks may extend processing time to up to 24 hours for large withdrawals or for accounts flagged for additional review. We do not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

btc4d is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to request additional documentation regarding the source of your deposited funds, particularly for large or unusual transaction patterns. We may suspend withdrawals pending completion of enhanced due diligence. We will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

btc4d offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the promotional page. Key general conditions include:

• Bonuses are granted at btc4d's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, typically ranging from 10x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe (usually 7 to 30 days). Failure to meet requirements within the time limit results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or not at all.
• Maximum bet limits apply while playing with bonus funds (typically Rp 5,000 to Rp 25,000 per bet). Exceeding the maximum bet will void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus can be active on your account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Bonus abuse, including coordinated betting, arbitrage betting, or other forms of advantage play, will result in forfeiture of bonuses, voiding of winnings, and account closure.

4.2 VIP Rewards Program

btc4d operates a multi-tier VIP loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) with benefits including cashback, faster withdrawals, birthday bonuses, and exclusive tournaments. VIP tier status is determined by monthly turnover (total amount wagered). Tier status is recalculated monthly. btc4d reserves the right to modify VIP program terms, benefits, and tier requirements at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated.

5. Betting Rules and Game Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and bet type, which are available on our website. Key general rules include:

• Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing body of the sport in question.
• For football matches, bets are settled on the result at the end of 90 minutes plus injury time, unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless explicitly included in the bet type.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be void unless at least 80% of the scheduled play time has been completed, in which case bets stand on the result at the time of abandonment.
• btc4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, particularly for unusual betting patterns or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Maximum payout limits apply to each bet slip and to daily total winnings. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.

5.2 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, table games, live casino) use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are operated by live dealers following standard casino rules. Game rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentages, and paytables are available within each game. btc4d does not control or influence game outcomes. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void, and funds will be refunded to your account.

5.3 Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in the settlement of a bet or game result, you must notify btc4d customer support within 7 days of the disputed transaction. After 7 days, the result is considered final and no disputes will be entertained. btc4d will investigate all disputes fairly and issue a decision within 30 days. btc4d's decision on all disputes is final.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 Age Restriction

btc4d strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to open an account, place bets, or play casino games on our platform. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all bets voided, and winnings forfeited. Deposits made by underage users will be refunded.

6.2 Self-Exclusion and Limits

btc4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Decreases take effect immediately; increases take effect after 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session duration. You will be logged out automatically when the time limit is reached.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods.
• Colluding with other players, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or other third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any form of advantage play.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, btc4d shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Damages caused by third-party service providers, including payment processors, game providers, and internet service providers.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
• Your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of btc4d services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the btc4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of btc4d or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without express written permission from btc4d.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. We may impose a cooling-off period of 30 days before processing the final withdrawal to ensure all pending bets are settled. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened.

10.2 Closure or Suspension by btc4d

btc4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Commercial or business reasons at our sole discretion.

In the event of account closure for breach of terms, btc4d may forfeit any remaining balance, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses. If closure is not due to breach of terms, your remaining legitimate balance will be returned to you after deduction of any fees or charges.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

btc4d reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated via email or account notification. Your continued use of btc4d services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using our services and close your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which btc4d is licensed. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of btc4d services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Severability

15.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without btc4d's prior written consent. btc4d may assign or transfer its rights and obligations to any third party at any time.

15.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and btc4d regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
